Ans.It varies with the tours though it is mandatory to carry at least one valid Govt. Issued Photo Identity Card. For any further information please contact our Customer Support Team

Q. When the booking will be confirmed?

Ans. You will get the confirmation email with the Vouchers within 48 Hours from the time of booking.

Q. Why am I not receiving reply emails from tourpirate.com?

Ans. There might be some Technical issue, in such case you can just call on toll free number or chat / whatsapp.

Q. Can you arrange Indian/Koche/Jain meals for me on the tour?

Ans. We can cater for your meal request with an additional cost provided you put in the request at least 48-72 hours prior to the start of your tour.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Tourirate.com accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover. We also accept payments through Paypal There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as Tourpirate.com Tours or Tourpirate.com on the credit or debit card statement. No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, meals or any other services utilized. Canceling a booking with Tourpirate.com can result in cancellation fees being applied by Tourpirate.com, as outlined below. When canceling any booking you will be notified via email, facsimile or telephone of the total cancellation fees. Event, Attraction, Theater, Show Coupons or Tickets are non-refundable in all circumstances. Gift Certificates are non-refundable in all circumstances. Other Tour Products & Services If you cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 calendar days in advance, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 calendar days in advance, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on Viator.com and Tourpirate.com-affiliated websites, and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees. Please note for bookings made in Brazil, the tax IOF (Tax Upon Financial Operations, 6.38%) is not included in the final booking value and will be charged to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.

Till when can I change my booking?

Ans. When changing any part of the booking you will be notified via email, facsimile or telephone of the total change fees.

What if I miss my tour?

Ans. In case if you miss your tour it will be considered as a NO SHOW and in this case the tour will be Non Refundable.

What if the tour is not operated due to any problems?

Ans. If the Tour gets cancelled due to problems beyond our control then their will be no refund to it. If in case we find some issues from our end (as per the company’s) policy in such circumstances the compensation will be emailed to you.

How can I make the changes in my booking?

Ans.You can either log in to your Tourpirate.com account and make the changes yourself OR you can write to our Customer Service Agent for assistance.

I want to cancel my booking, How to do it?

Ans.Just Log in to your Tourpirate.com account and follow the steps for cancelling a particular tour OR you can Call or Email our Customer Service Agent for assistance.

What is your refund policy?

Ans.If approved as per Tourpirate.com Refund Policy, your refund should be processed within 90 Days from the day of Approval of the Refund.

If I miss the tour, will I get any refunds?

Ans.No as it will be considered as a NO SHOW

I entered wrong name, can I change it?

Ans.Yes, You can either log in to your Tourpirate.com account and make the changes yourself OR you can write to our Customer Service Agent for assistance.

How to change my personal details like Age, Name & Titles?

Till when will you confirm my special requests or inquiries?

Ans.Usually we require 48 – 72 Hours to process your request but in some special cases you will be notified via email with the details.

 

Q. How can I access my Voucher link?

Ans. Upon the confirmation of your tour you will receive a web link at the email id which you have provided us with. You can click on the link or copy & paste it in a new tab and fill in the required details to access your printable voucher.

Q. Can I access my Vouher link multiple times?

Ans. Yes you can access your voucher multiple times but the link will expire within 7 days.

Q. I have booked more than 36 hours ago, when can I get the confirmation for the tour?

Ans. You should receive the confirmation email and the voucher link within 48 hours from booking unless specified by our customer care agent. Thu in such cases you can write to our customer care center or call us at the toll free number and a dedicated agent will look into the issue.

Q. I do not have a physical copy of my voucher, do you accept digital vouchers for the tours?

Ans. Yes, you can show your confirmed digital voucher to our designated tour guide/driver at the time of departure along with your photo id. This should work pretty fine.

Q. What if I do not have a photo id?

Ans. In that case you will not be able to take the tour as our tour conductor is required to have proper documentation for each guest in order to start with the tour as per Tourism Authority of Thailand.

Q. Is there a contact number at the destination for me to call?

Ans. Yes we will provide you with the contact numbers of the Local Tour Guide and the emergency contact. Also you can call our Bangkok office for any assistance 24x7x365.

Q. My name on voucher does not match the one on my photo id, will there be some problem?

Ans. You can send us an email with the required details for the correction and our dedicated agent shall assist you through the procedure.

Q. Whom do I hand over the voucher?

Ans. Please hand over your confirmed voucher to the designated Tour Guide/ Driver at the time of the start of the tour.
