4 Island tour by speedboat and Mermaid Tail

● On this full-day tour you will discover 4 islands near krabi along with Mermaid Tail.The tour starts at the morning with a pickup from your hotel and head to the pier.

● Explore the Mermaid Island get to see many underwater creatures, more than 200 species of sea, salamander, hippocampus, shellfish, fish, sea dragon and other specific characteristics of small creatures.Sometimes dolphins swim alongside the boat.Once the Mermaid has anchored off shore, you'll want to take a swim in the crystal clear turquoise water. Take a stroll and visit the historical lighthouse or collect shells on the beach. Lie out on a beach chair and catch some rays of sun with beautiful women in colorful cloths.

● Phra Nang Beach this beautiful place is reached within about 15 minutes walk from West Railay. One passes the interior lagoon and some fairly impressive rocky landscape to get there. The beach itself is idyllic with beautiful white sand and very clear seas. At one end are steep rocky outcrops where one can see rock climbers negotiating their way up the cliff face. At the base of the cliffs isn Tham Phra Nang Nok or Princess cave. This is a shrine dotted with fairly graphic phallic statues and carvings – a place dedicated to fertilty where couples come to pray for success in having children and local fishermen leave offerings.

● Chicken island this island is also known as Koh Gai, Koh Kai and Koh Hua Khwan. Chicken Island has similar dimensions and is also a rock island. The comical name is acquired because of a kind of rock in the south of the island, whose shape resembles the outline of the chicken.The coastline is rocky but has several beautiful reefs at the west of the island which are great for snorkeling.

● Tup Island is much smaller than the other islands in the group, however it has a nice beach and the waters that surround it provide an excellent spot for snorkeling with an abundance of tropical fish.At low tide a sandbar emerges from the clear waters linking the larger Chicken island to the two smaller islands of Koh Mor and Tup.

● Poda Island is a small limestone island 25 minutes by boat from the beaches of the Raileh peninsular (which can be seen on the horizon in the photograph). The circular island is no more than a kilometre in diameter, covered in palm trees and almost entirely encircled by a soft white sand beach.A coral reef lies 20 metres offshore, and the combination of scenery, beach and excellent snorkelling make it one of my favourite places to spend a lazy day in this part of the world.

● After a day full of adventure, a speedboat brings you back to the jetty, where your transfer takes you back to your hotel.
